Introduction

myAItesting was brought on to develop a custom AWS Lambda app that combines customer segmentation data with relevant data aggregations to create personalized newsletters for each customer based on certain characteristics such as customer size, industry, and buyer persona.


Methodology

The development of this custom AWS Lambda app began by gathering customer segmentation data from the client's CRM system. This data included characteristics such as customer size, industry, and buyer persona.


Next, we used data aggregations to gather relevant data from various sources such as industry news websites and social media platforms. We used natural language processing and machine learning techniques to extract relevant information and topics for each customer segment.


Finally, we developed an AWS Lambda function that would combine the customer segmentation data with the relevant data aggregations to create personalized newsletters for each customer. The function would then trigger the sending of the newsletter to each customer based on their segmentation data.
